Annual Holiday Tree Lighting at La Cantera Resort & Spa

Join us for a festive evening as La Cantera Resort & Spa, in partnership with Chandon, presents its annual Holiday Tree Lighting ceremony on Plaza San Saba from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 22, just off the Resort’s main lobby. The evening will sparkle with a live performance from the cast of Frosty Follies, as well as award-winning jazz vocalist Slim Man, setting the perfect holiday tone.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children, with 100% of proceeds benefiting San Pedro Playhouse. For more details on holiday events, visit LaCanteraResort.com.
Don’t miss the magical chance to meet two of Santa’s reindeer on the Esparza Lawn behind the main stage. Enjoy seasonal delights, including free light bites, festive cocktails, themed holiday children’s activities, and photos with Santa and the reindeer.
San Pedro Playhouse provides free parking for shows and is handicap accessible.

Did you know that Russell Hill Rogers was not only dedicated to arts in San Antonio by serving on multiple boards, but he graced the stage of San Pedro Playhouse in many productions, including the theater's first production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, featuring another theatre supporter, Frank Christian. If you are eating near by we recommend making dinner reservations for 5:00 and making sure to let your server know you have somewhere to be at 7. That way you are not rushing to the theater.
